30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

    Contact Us: Email info@destinedforoblivion.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

    Get Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label.

    Pack Your Item: Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging.

    Ship It Back: Use the provided label to ship the item back to us.
  5. 5
    Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days), we'll process your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We've got you covered!

Email us at info@destinedforoblivion.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for. If the item is available, we'll send you the new item and provide a prepaid label to return the original. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Timeline

Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Bank Processing: After processing, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items purchased during special promotions (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Defective or Wrong Items

Received a defective or incorrect item? We're so sorry!

Contact us immediately at info@destinedforoblivion.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no cost (including return shipping) or issue a full refund - your choice. Defective items are covered even after 30 days.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us before shipping to receive authorization and instructions.
